In-Person Chair Yoga- Mondays and Fridays
Waterfront Village is pleased to add this in-person chair yoga program, offered by Village member Pamela Wilson, to the Village calendar. This group gathers at 11:00 a.m. on Mondays at Westminster Presbyterian. The session promotes strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as breathing, meditation, relaxation, and positive thinking. This is a wonderful wellness program that several Village members already take advantage of, and we hope to see you here!
While there is no fee for this class, donations to the church for use of the space are very welcome.
